What this website collects

• When you use the "Message us" form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you pick and your message.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.
• This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single setting in your browser remembers whether you picked light or dark mode.

How we use it

We use messages only to reply to you. Messages are delivered to our staff email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms). We don't sell or share your information for marketing.

Please don't send health details online

Email and web forms are not a secure way to share health information. Please don't include prescription numbers, medications or medical details in a website message. Call us at 778.625.2528 instead.

Maps

The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps. Google's own privacy policy applies when you interact with it.
